Passport Acceptance Services

The City of Sammamish is an official Passport Acceptance Facility, providing general information on passport procedures and serving as a liaison between applicants and the U.S. Passport Services Agency.


Booking an Appointment

Appointments book 30 days in advance. If no available appointments are showing, please check back the following week for additional time slots.

What to bring to your appointment

The Passport Appointment Checklist tells applicants which items to bring to their appointment, including required documents, payments, and other items.

Please carefully review the fee information on page 1 of the checklist to ensure the proper form(s) of payment.

The checklist and all required items must be completed, printed, and brought to the appointment. Any missing items will require that the appointment be rescheduled to for a later date.

Passports for children under age 16 require both parents be present at the appointment. Visit travel.state.gov/passport for more details and exceptions.
